A New President

I am under a whole lot of pressure ...the club had a meeting and it was unanimous..the new president for the club......ME
All the pressure is on, what new ideas will I bring,...etc. etc.
Stay tuned

Tea Party anyone?

The girls were getting ready to have a tea party...but I don't think our cat quite understood that. Coco decided to use the box as her little nap time spot...but the show must go on...and the tea party continued and was successful regardless of the napping guest.
I just thought this was too silly...Samantha really loves Sahaily's boots....too big you might say!

Relaxing Time

Alondra Elisa and Samantha thought that dad needed candles to help him relax after a busy day at church. Funny thing is that Luis did't find out about it until he saw the picture.

Superheroes!

Our daughters have princess, pirate, ballerinas costumes, but never SUPERHEROES...
They were so excited when there cousin came over with a bag full of them. They spend the whole day in their costume, even during dinner time. I'm glad they had a great time.

So Hard to Say Goodbye

Some of you remembers watching the classic cartoons of Bugs Bunny....my favourite was Silvester trying to get at Tweedy bird. Unfortunately,it was live here. Our poor bird, R2-D2 was caught by our cat a few times. Our bird had become quite depressed..he no longer would go out of his cage or sing...We felt that he would be better at a home where there would be no cat. We found a great family who absolutely love him...I must admit that I did the most crying.

Familia Hernandez

I hope I don't get kicked out of the "club" for posting this picture. Luis started a "club" eight years ago. The club consisted of him and Sahaily. The club continued to grow with new members Alondra Elisa and Samantha. The pose you see is the "sign" they do to each other..the name of the the club..." The Pechocho Club." I was "accidentally" caught making the sign and now belong to the club .. I have tried all sorts of things to leave the club, but every time there is a meeting, there are not enough votes.
Here we are all together...it was taken during the summer.

R2 and Me

After you see this picture, I think you will better understand the reason why my daughters and dear husband wanted another pet. R2 is very attached to me and Luis didn't find it fair that this was our family pet but he had become more of my pet. So that is why we now have Coco

Early Christmas Present

We would like you to meet the new member of the family. This is Coco Chanel. She is a Siamese/ Ragdoll cat. After much, extremely much convincing, we got a cat. Coco is a year old and she was in a home where she was loved loved but there was an older cat that bullied her around. The family that she was with thought that it would be best to find her a home where she would be safe and LOVED. And, I must admit, Coco has a special place in my heart. What's great about her is that she was potty trained before we got her. She loves playing with my daughters, but best of all she loves to sleep and eat.

Extremely Late...oops

I know Halloween was over, but knowing my daughters, they will ask me why I didn't put these pictures on the blog. So here they are, each with their own creation. It got messy and gooey but we had a blast. And I made sure I counted fingers, none were missing.

I am a big girl now!

Samantha is officially 3 years old....she is so happy. Her new phrase is - "I don't need help now, I am a big girl."
I can't believe how fast time goes and the faster it goes.

Is that a Banana? No! It's the School Bus

I spy with my little eye a little girl who had a great day at school.. Can you see her?
Oh my little Alondra Elisa with a big smile from ear to ear. Right behind her his big sister and bodyguard Sahaily.
Another Hallmark picture...sisters holding hands and with smiles on their beautiful faces.

WestLynn Here I Come!

Alondra Elisa with some of her classmates. She is ready to conquer J.k.
Alondra Elisa with her big sister...I wish I saw more of that at home (more hugs would make the home more peaceful and mommy more happier)
We are missing dad in this picture, he was at work. But he made sure to hug and kiss her and gave his fatherly advise. Sahaily was a great though, she made sure Alondra Elisa had a memorable first day.

Sahaily's New Look

During the month of June, I made appointments for our daughters to get a check-up from our family doctor...She informed us that they are all healthy and also mentioned to make an appointment with the optometrist. Our wonderful doctor was a little worried for our daughter Alondra Elisa .. So appointments were made for all three. Well, to make the long story short, Alondra Elisa has an amazing eye sight as well as Samantha. To my surprise, Sahaily is near sighted. Glasses where picked out and she loves wearing them because they make her look "brainy."

Happy 10th Anniversary!

On July 15, 2000 Luis and I were sealed at the Oakland, California Temple....we have had many joyful memories and we have had experiences that have helped us draw closer together for strength and support...are are looking forward for many years ahead.

Daddy with his daugthers....one is missing?

Daddy wanting to take a pictures with all his little girls, but one was missing...Alondra Elisa was getting pooped out...after a very long day, she didn't want to take any more pitures

Family Day

Beside "Journey behind the Falls," we had the chance of experiencing "White Water Walk," "Maid of the Mist" and "Niagara's Furry"
We were soaking wet, thank goodness the weather was on our side. We were expecting thunderstorms, but it was a very hot and humid day...perfect day to be at The Falls.

Family Fun day at the Niagara Falls

We walked along very long tunnels that gave us a peak behind the FALLS.. It was an exciting and beautiful view...and very surprising all the years that it took to make the tunnels....a very educational day for us all.

Where did that camera go?

We found it!....Sahaily had the camera as hostage...she was taking pictures of everyone and anything....She had a little too much fun taking pictures.
